SpeedyPC grants a limited right to you to view the contents of this website and download software from SpeedyPC. The limited right grants you personal and non-commercial use of SpeedyPC, conditional on your preserving of all copyright and proprietary notes within the original content of the program or its copies. No permission is granted to copy, display publicly, distribute, or otherwise utilize the content for public or commercial use, unless written permission is provided by SpeedyPC.

Software Downloads
All software and additional documentation available for download from the SpeedyPC website is the copyrighted work of SpeedyPC. Software and documentation ownership is retained by SpeedyPC. Download does not imply or grant a transfer of ownership: users are granted a limited license to use SpeedyPC software and documentation. Any use of SpeedyPC software and documentation is subject to the stated terms of the applicable licensing and registration agreement. Installation and use of SpeedyPC is considered an agreement to be bound to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement contained within the SpeedyPC software.
Intellectual Property Ownership and Copyright
Ownership of the copyright on the SpeedyPC website and all content within the website is retained by SpeedyPC. The trademarks, service marks, and trade dress displayed on SpeedyPC are owned by SpeedyPC. No part of the SpeedyPC website should be interpreted as a license or approval for use of the Trademarks. Submitting Ideas
SpeedyPC does not accept unsolicited ideas for new products, marketing, advertising, research, business operations, and the like. Should you disregard this policy and submit an idea to SpeedyPC, you agree that the idea becomes and remains the sole and exclusive property of SpeedyPC without further compensation to you.
Applicable Law
Should any dispute arise from your use of the SpeedyPC website, its downloads, content, or copy, it shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. The federal and provincial courts of the Province of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims. No claim is made by SpeedyPC that the materials and/or content on this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Severed Provisions and Entire Agreement
